Mayraj Pipes HDPE Plant : 33kv Electrical Infrastructure
For this project at Vikram Udyogpuri, Ujjain, we delivered a complete EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) solution for Mayraj Pipes' HDPE manufacturing facility. Our scope included the comprehensive design, supply, installation, and commissioning of a high-performance 33KV Switchyard, specialized electrical panels, and advanced industrial automation systems to ensure seamless plant operations.
Shyamgarh Extension Lift Irrigation : HT Systems & SCADA Automation
We delivered the full Supply, Installation, Testing, Commsioning of 6.6KV HT Panels (Main, Starting, APFC, and VFD) at the Kilgari Pump House for Water Resource Department, Neemuch. The project featured advanced SCADA Automation integrating PLC panels, Web-View software, and precision sensors for vibration, temperature, and flow monitoring.
Pipari Lift Irrigation Project : HT & SCADA Systems (PH-01 & PH-02)
For the NVDA (Narmada Valley Development Authority) Pipari Lift Irrigation project, we executed the full SICT (Supply, Installation, Commissioning, and Testing) of critical electrical and automation infrastructure at two key locations: PH-01 (Lohari) and PH-02 (Jamla).
Mohanpura Lift Irrigation Infrastructure (LBC, RBC & Extension)
We delivered comprehensive power and transmission solutions for the MKPMU (Mohanpura-Kundaliya Project Management Unit) (MPWRD) Mohanpura projects, encompassing 40KM of high-tension networks across Rajgarh.
Key Project Highlights:
10MVA 33/11KV Switchyard (Sameli): Completed the full SICT (Supply, Installation, Commissioning, and Testing) for the Sameli Pump House.
33KVA Transmission Networks: Engineered and constructed 39.5KM of lines using PCC poles and specialized H-Beam structures for major crossings:
Sameli: 17KM grid-to-pump house connection.
Napliya Khedi: 12KM line including specialized panel installation.
Abhaypura (PH-01): 7KM line for the RBC Extension near Biaora.
Mohanpura Dam (PH-02): 3.5KM line supporting the dam-site pump house.
EPC Services: Scope included specialized EPC design, system architecture, and electrical integration for the pipeline infrastructure.

Jhirniya Micro Lift Irrigation Project (48 MW)
We are executing the comprehensive DSICT (Design, Supply, Installation, Commissioning, and Testing) for the 48 MW Jhirniya Micro Lift Irrigation Project under the NVDA (Narmada Valley Development Authority). This large-scale EPC project provides a vital water-lifting solution for the Khargone and Khandwa regions.
Key Infrastructure Components:
Four Integrated Pump Houses: Full electromechanical setup for four major pumping stations designed to handle a total load of 48 MW.
132KV Extra High Voltage (EHV) Transmission: Engineering and construction of a 132KV transmission line and associated switchyard to bring primary grid power to the project site.
33KV Distribution Network: Design and installation of a 33KV transmission network to distribute power from the main substation to the individual pump houses.
Full EPC Scope: Our responsibility spans the entire lifecycle, from the initial technical design and procurement of heavy electrical equipment to final testing and commissioning of the irrigation system.
